AMMROC is a joint venture company owned by Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company, and Sikorsky Aerospace Services, the aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.  AMMROC is headquartered in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates.

AMMROC combines the experience and expertise of ADAT and Sikorsky to deliver best practices in military aviation MRO alongside the highest levels of aircraft readiness, deployability, and safety.
