Jeremy Chan is Executive Vice Chairman of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network. .
Jeremy has more than 25 years of aerospace sector experience. He began his career with the Singapore Economic Development Board for nine years where he helped develop and promote the local aerospace industry. Following this, Jeremy was Managing Director of Turbine Overhaul Services, and served as a Vice President, Air Transport & Regional, Airlines (Asia Pacific) at Honeywell Aerospace. Jeremy was also the Deputy President (Marketing & Total Aviation Support) of ST Aerospace, the aerospace arm of the publicly listed ST Engineering.
Jeremy Chan holds a First Class Honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University (UK). He was conferred with the Master of Science in Management (a Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University (USA).

Abdul Khaliq Saeed
President, MENA, the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network
Abdul Khaliq Saeed is President, MENA (Middle East and North Africa), of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network and has 37 years of vast experience in the aviation industry.
Previously, Abdul Khaliq was a senior advisor at Mubadala Aerospace from 2010 to 2011, and was a member of the GAMCO Board of Directors from 2002 to 2006.
He started his aviation career with Gulf Air as a Trainee Engineer in 1974, and held management roles of increasing responsibility reaching the position of Vice President Technical from 2002 to 2007. He was instrumental in the airline’s aircraft purchasing negotiations, overseeing its development into a leading regional carrier, and its long-term maintenance contracts with OEMs.
From 2007 until 2010 he was Senior Vice President Engineering and Maintenance at Jet Airways in India, responsible for all maintenance activity for the airline, as well as its low cost sister airline, Jetlite.
He is an aeronautical engineer and holds a Diploma in Executive Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Administration (USA).
VP Commercial (Acting CCO)
Francis Lee (1954) holds a Master of Business Administration from Leicester University in the UK. He is Vice President Commercial Group/Acting CCO, Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT).
Francis Lee began his career as an engineering and maintenance officer in the Singapore Air Force and then went to join STAero in March 1988 as a consultant to Aboitiz Air Transport (based in Manila). In June 1988 he was tasked to set up Singapore Aviation Services Company - SASCO as Head of Marketing, Project and Business Development – International (based in Singapore).
He then joined the Swire Group from 1994 to 1996 and spent a year at Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company – HAECO as Project & Commercial Manager (based in Hong Kong) and a year at Taikoo Aircraft Engineering Company - TAECO as Head of Commercial Dept – International (based in China).
Between 1996 and 2003 Francis worked at Honeywell International, moving up to the position of Vice President, Commercial Aerospace – Asia pacific (based in Beijing/Hong Kong and later in Singapore). For five years from 2003 to 2008 he worked at United Pulp & Paper Company which is a listed company in Singapore Stock Exchange (based in Singapore) as Chief Executive Officer. From 2008 – 2010 he was Chief Executive Officer of Kemp International Holdings – a wholly owned subsidiary of the Samson Group that is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (based in Singapore).
In July 2010 Francis Lee was appointed Vice President Commercial Group/Acting CCO of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT).

Acting Executive Vice President, Operations
Uwe Jakob brings over 25 years of maintenance engineering experience to his role as Acting Executive Vice President, Operations at ADAT, which he has held since July 2011 and where he oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. He first joined the company in 2010 as Vice President, Planning and Technical Services.
Uwe began his career in 1986 with Lufthansa German Airlines in Frankfurt, Germany, when he joined the Systems and Maintenance Engineering, Propulsion Systems department. In 1991, he became Manager, Engineering and Quality Assurance / Propulsion Systems with Lufthansa CityLine in Cologne, Germany. In 1998, Uwe participated in a management exchange program between AlliedSignal and Lufthansa CityLine as Visiting Chief Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. In 1999, he represented Lufthansa in a joint venture with SunExpress Airlines in Antalya, Turkey, as Director Technical, Purchasing and Leasing. In 2001, he joined Farichild Dornier as Vice President, Technical Support in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. In 2002, he became Vice President, Technical for Eurowings Luftverkehrs AG, based in Nürnberg, Germany.
Uwe holds an Aeronautical Engineering degree from the University of Stuttgart in Germany with an emphasis in New Technologies. Uwe has participated in several management training courses and is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt and a Six Sigma Champion.

Belal joined ADAT as Chief Information Officer in August 2009 to lead the major transformation of the ADAT IT role as a service provider of shared services to other Mubadala Aerospace subsidiaries, utilizing Oracle cMRO and executing other complementary applications such as E-Business Suite and eDocs.
Mr. Al Abed is leading the transformation in alignment with ADAT vision, growth strategy and Mubadala plans in the Middle East and the global MRO marketplace.
He has a proven in-career track record of six appointments. As a Program Manager, he delivers major programs of business transformation in international environments together with system integration programs, service delivery, and high-end strategies.
Being results-oriented, he aims to deliver results from business change, merged rapid transformation and IT programs. He understands the strategic direction of business and assists teams and stakeholders to identify critical success factors.
He graduated from University of Jordan with a B.Sc. in computer science in 1994.
EVP - Quality & Safety
Talal AlRiyami has been in the Aviation business since 1986, A UK trained & licensed Aircraft Engine & Airframe maintenance Engineer, 10 years at Gulf Air included hand on experience during Heavy, light & Line maintenance, he was also assigned as Technical Inspector based in Toulouse- France for the Airline Aircrafts inspection ( A320s & A340s) at the Assembly lines.
In 1995, Talal, joined Oman air Engineering Quality Assurance Department. As a Manager Quality Assurance; he played a role in the various development programs in the Engineering Division including obtaining EASA 145 recognition.
In his recent position as Head of Quality & Safety at Oman air, Talal was responsible for the development & management of the company various corporate Quality & Safety programs.
Talal holds several Quality & Safety related Qualifications & memberships with relevant bodies.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCES
Ali began his career way back on a sponsorship with Gulf Air, where he completed his foundation training. He moved into engine division and gradually worked his way up to the position of Head of Engineering. In 2008 he was given the responsibility of becoming Strategy and Development Vice President at ADAT. After eight months in this role, due to his solid technical background and length of experience, he was selected to fill the position of Human Resources Executive Vice President, a division that was deemed as needing focus and restructuring.

Ahmed Al Moosa currently is the Executive Vice President - Industrial Business (IBB) in Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT). ADAT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company, the strategic investment arm of the Government of Abu Dhabi. His responsibility is to drive ADAT-IBB ambitious growth strategy to become the foremost leading provider for Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Services on Rotating Equipment for the Oil & Gas and Power Generation Industries in the MENA Region.
Ahmed has more than 25 years of extensive experience. He began his career with the UAE Federal Ministry of Electricity and Water for 4 years where he became Director of Planning and Pursuance supervising erection and commissioning of electrical generation and distribution projects.
In 1988 he joined Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies - ADAT ( formerly Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company - GAMCO ) and has various management positions in Technical Support Services. He became the General Manager of the company in 1994/1997.
Ahmed is the founder of ADAT-IBB. In 1998 he was charged by the Board of Directors to establish the Industrial Business, the objective is to provide in country MRO services for the Industrial Gas Turbines operated in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation Industries.
In 2003 Ahmed was formerly selected to be a Board Member of the International Flight Academy ( Horizon ) for seven years period . He has also worked closely with General Electric in establishing Gulf Turbine Services LLC (GTS), a joint venture between ADAT & GE. GTS established as GE center of excellence for GE Frame support in the region and Ahmed currently sets on the board as Chairman of GTS.
