These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and FZ – ADAT LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Dubai Free Zone Establishment (License No. 1701894 | TRN 100473453500153) with its principal place of business at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DSO – IFZA, P.O. Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
FZ – ADAT LLC operates the ADAT platform, a completely free, non-profit, no-registration coupon and promo code service accessible via www.adat.ae, including any subdomains, browser extensions, widgets, and any future tools or features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.adat.ae/page/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.

Eligibility and Legal Capacity

The Services are intended for individuals aged 16 or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Accessing or using the Services from regions or jurisdictions where such use would violate applicable laws is strictly prohibited. Users bear full responsibility for compliance with local laws regarding online content and promotions.

Anonymous Use and No User Accounts

ADAT is intentionally designed to allow completely anonymous use. Users are not required to create accounts, provide login credentials, or submit personal identifiers to browse or access deals. Any personalization, such as device-based preferences, is stored locally through cookies or browser storage mechanisms and is not linked to an identifiable user profile.
Because ADAT does not have user accounts, there is no account creation, password recovery, or subscription management process. All user activity remains anonymous, and users may clear cookies or browser data at any time to reset preferences or browsing history.

Services Description and Functionality

ADAT aggregates and displays publicly available coupons, promo codes, cashback offers, and deals from third-party merchants. Users can search, filter, and sort offers based on store, category, or keywords, and access information such as success rates, expiration dates, and popularity based on user reports and merchant updates.
The platform may also include affiliate links. Clicking these links may result in the Company receiving a commission when a qualifying purchase is made. These commissions are paid solely by the merchant or affiliate network and do not increase the price you pay. The Services may provide access to discounts or offers that would not otherwise be available.
ADAT does not send newsletters or push notifications, and no email-based communication is required to use the Services. All features are accessible directly through the website or browser tools.

License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FZ – ADAT LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content, code, or material on the Services without our express written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and reliable platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that could interfere with or compromise the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

1. Using automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access or collect data.
2. Attempting unauthorized access to servers, tools, or features.
3. Transmitting malicious code, malware, or viruses.
4. Submitting false or misleading coupon success/failure reports.
5. Clicking affiliate links systematically without intent to purchase.
6. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code.
7. Overloading, spamming, or otherwise impairing the Services.
8. Harassing or attempting to harm others using the platform.
9. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

FZ – ADAT LLC reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including blocking IP addresses or devices.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, code, algorithms, and the ADAT name, is the property of FZ – ADAT LLC or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works without written consent. The Company retains all rights not explicitly granted.

Third-Party Merchants and Offers

All offers, coupons, and promo codes are provided by third-party merchants. ADAT does not guarantee that any offer will be honored, valid, or applicable to your purchase. Users must resolve any issues regarding redemption, shipping, pricing, or product quality directly with the merchant.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy, ADAT does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any coupon will work for all users. The Company expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FZ – ADAT LLC, its affiliates, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. The total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed AED 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FZ – ADAT LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.

Termination and Suspension

FZ – ADAT LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including suspected violations of these Terms. Termination does not relieve users from obligations accrued prior to termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

International Users and Cross-Border Disclaimers

ADAT is primarily operated in the UAE. Users accessing the Services from outside the UAE acknowledge that any information may be transferred, stored, or processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. FZ – ADAT LLC implements reasonable safeguards, including compliance with UAE PDPL and GDPR where applicable, to protect such data.

Data Protection and Compliance

While ADAT does not collect personally identifiable information, cookies, or browser storage may contain anonymous preference data. Users are entitled to exercise rights under applicable laws, including access, correction, and deletion of device-stored preferences. Any privacy concerns may be directed to hello@adat.ae.

Changes to Terms

FZ – ADAT LLC may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or operational adjustments. The new Effective Date will be posted on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and FZ – ADAT LLC. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver. The Company may assign these Terms at its discretion; users may not.
